Responsibilities
Lorry Driver (Scrap Metal Industry)
Location: Singapore (Preferred: North-East / Ang Mo Kio area)
Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week (any hours beyond 44 hours will be paid as overtime)
Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM-6:00 PM (Depends situation)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lorry Driver to join our scrap metal operations team. Applicants who are able to commence work immediately are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Drive a lorry equipped with a crane for scrap metal collection and transportation.
Assist with the loading and unloading of scrap metal and other materials.
Carry out general ad hoc duties and support daily operational activities as required.
Ensure the safe handling of materials and maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.
Follow work schedules and instructions from supervisors.
Requirements
Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 and or Class 5 driving licence suitable for lorry operation.
Experience operating a lorry-mounted crane is an advantage
Honest, responsible and dependable.
Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on work.
Able to start work early at 6:00 AM.
Preferably residing in the North-East or Ang Mo Kio area.
Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to understand spoken Mandarin to communicate with customers and attend to operational requirements.
Available to commence work immediately.
At present, applications are open to Singapore Citizens only, as the company currently does not have quota availability for foreign hires.
