WE'RE HIRING - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Join our growing team in the building construction industry!

We're looking for an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in external audit and construction accounting to support our finance operations and business growth.

Location: Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya (Relocating to Glenmarie, Shah Alam soon)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.

• Manage full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets & Bank Reconciliation).

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget analysis.

• Handle project costing, revenue recognition, and construction contract accounting in accordance with MFRS.

• Prepare audit and tax schedules and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.

• Supervise, mentor, and support junior finance team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the building construction industry.

Prior experience in an external audit firm is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of MFRS, taxation, project costing, accounting systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Good leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
