Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Lead and supervise Site Supervisors, Foremen, and construction teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, resources, and manpower allocation
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and environmental standards
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans
- Coordinate with Project Manager, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical, operational, or contractual issues
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial control and reporting
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and submit progress reports, performance metrics, and documentation for management and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for construction processes, safety practices, and operational efficiency
