Responsibilities
Working location: North / East
Working hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8.15am – 5.45 pm
Friday: 8.30 am – 5.30pm
Contract: up to Oct 2026 ( possibility of extension)
Salary: up to $2,760
Responsibilities
Provide in-person support to customers, addressing their queries, issues, and transactions.
Responsible for delivering accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing work demands.
Requirements
Diploma / Nitec in any discipline
Ability to provide positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, even in difficult or high-pressure situations
