Responsibilities
diagnosing and troubleshooting computer and network software and hardware issues
repairing, upgrading, updating and replacing computer software and hardware and networking systems
providing technical support to users
working with other technical staff to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure
training staff on new software and systems
documenting customer support inquiries and resolutions
enforcing IT best practices to prevent data breaches
recommending strategies to improve the performance and security of computer and network systems
maintaining security databases
advising management on the adoption of new technologies
supervising the implementation and deployment of new IT projects
