·        Develop and produce AutoCAD drawings, detaileddrawings, and 3D renderings

·        Create and present interior design concepts,including materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings, while ensuringalignment with brand requirements and budgets.

·        Source and coordinate materials, suppliers, andcontractors to achieve cost-effective and high-quality project outcomes.

·        Conduct site inspections, monitor projectprogress, resolve defects/issues to ensure quality standards and project coordinationtimeline are met

·        Support design, material and finishes selectionbased on project direction

·        Collaborate closely with internal Sales Team /Project Coordinators to ensure timely drawing submission

·        Up to date on design trends and materials

Preferred competencies andqualifications

·        Experience using AutoCAD or other designsoftware to produce detailed design drawings

·        Strong organizational skills to manage workefficiently and maintain orderly documentation

·        Good problem-solving skills to resolve customerissues calmly and effectively

·        Responsible and proactive approach with theability to follow standard operating procedures

·        Sales-driven mindset with interest or experiencein interior design
