Job Summary

Join U3 Infotech as a Terminal Operator Specialist to lead daily terminal operations and a team, driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily inbound and outbound administrative and operational activities to meet performance targets.
• Allocate and manage daily resources to maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) without compromise.
• Resolve booking and operational challenges by supporting staff with effective problem-solving.
• Train administrative and operations staff thoroughly and maintain accurate training records.
• Monitor team adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Security, 5S, and quality standards.
• Ensure team compliance with system processes and customer-specific requirements.
• Escalate non-conformance issues to management and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within designated timeframes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support and execute system testing and upgrade activities.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related operational roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and VBA.
• Experience creating and using operations dashboards such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
