Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs at customer sites.
Follow work instructions, safety procedures and company policies.
Complete service reports and update work records accurately.
Escalate complex technical issues when required.
Provide professional support to customers and ensure timely service.
Participate in standby duties or shift work when required to support customers.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, field service, maintenance or a related technical role.
Diploma, NITEC or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
Basic troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Perform roster duties when required.
