Job Summary

Prepare and manage quality assurance documentation and processes for clean room activities, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and engineering requirements. Collaborate with teams to support new process qualification and maintain quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Product Disposition Reports (PDR), Defect Disposition Reports (DDR), and Corrective Disposition Reports (CDR) for the Outside Plant (OSP) cleaning process to ensure quality control
• Implement customer engineering requirements to maintain clean room standards and operational effectiveness
• Maintain and update quality system documentation related to clean room activities to support audit readiness and compliance
• Ensure all clean room activities comply with customer specifications and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to qualify new processes and support continuous improvement
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or management to support quality assurance objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, preferably as a QA Engineer
• Knowledge and application of clean room requirements, specifically ISO Class 6 and Class 7 (1K & 10K) standards
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports and presentations
• Experience working directly with customers and internal teams for new process qualification and validation
