HR & Administration Manager
Location: Singapore
Our client is a Singapore-based company specializing in the commercialization of petrochemical technologies, engineering consultancy, and international business development. Key Responsibilities
HR Management
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, employee records, and offboarding.
- Oversee monthly payroll administration, CPF submissions, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Handle Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependant's Pass, and other work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Coordinate employee training, maintain HR records, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide HR advice and day-to-day support to employees and management.
Office & Administration
- Establish and oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and well-organised workplace.
- Manage office facilities, procurement, vendors, service providers, and administrative budgets.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and administrative best practices.
- Liaise with landlords, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Organise company meetings, events, and internal activities.
Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, transportation, and visitor arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
- Work closely with headquarters and project teams to facilitate effective communication and operational coordination.
- Support business initiatives and undertake ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of HR and office administration experience, preferably within the Engineering, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors.
- Experience supporting a start-up, newly established office, or SME environment will be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, work pass administration, CPF, payroll, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on, independent, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a lean organisation.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking supplier and headquarters.
