Responsibilities:

• Schedule Annual Sub Station servicing
• Attend Sub Station servicing
• Attend to refurbishment and upgradation project related matters
• Supervise Additions and Alterations at Sub Station Main Switch Board and LV Distribution Boards
• Testing and Commissioning of new electrical installation, Modification works, Additions and Alterations to existing installation
• Supervise Lightning Protection Test and provide Lightning Protection Test Report
• Make Minor amendments to Existing SLDs using AutoCAD
• Attend to Standby Generators servicing and schedule to repair and defects encountered
• Carried out Preventive Maintenance as per the schedule on Electrical System
• Attend routine inspection and day to day operation of Electrical System

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering
• Possess Grade 8 Electrician’s Licence from EMA with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment
• Location is at Singapore Polytechnic
• 5.5 days
