5 days work (Office Hours) after will change to 4334
Night Shift 830pm - 830am
Bonuses: AWS + VB (subject to company performance)
Job Responsibilities
Perform wafer testing according to process and quality requirements
Conduct AOI and visual inspection to identify defects
Execute die sorting based on test results and specifications
Support wafer dicing operations and ensure proper handling
Follow SOPs, quality standards, and cleanroom safety rules
