Work hours: Permanent night shift, Candidates must be comfortable with 12-hour rotating shift:

Shift pattern:

• Work 3 Days → Off 2 Days
• Work 2 Days → Off 3 Days (3-2-2-3 pattern)

Shift Timing: (Break time: 45 minutes meal break (unpaid) and a 30 minutes rest break (paid))

Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:45 AM

Responsibilities

• Conduct process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to achieve target yield, cycle time, and quality
• Oversee product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards
• Monitor production yield, identify discrepancies, perform process mapping, and implement immediate containment measures
• Analyze data queries to provide actionable insights for engineering teams
• Manage key operational variables to maintain sustainable and controlled processes
• Collaborate with engineers to meet production goals while upholding quality standards
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency sustainably
• Undertake additional tasks to support team and organizational objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing processes, especially process setup, buyoff, and mapping
• Experience in failure analysis
• Strong data querying and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude
• Resilience, adaptability, and eagerness to tackle challenging assignments
• Open-minded approach with a consistently positive work attitude
