Job Description
Responsibilities
The client is developing and manufactures innovative filtering solutions for mobile devices and adjacent businesses such as IoT, automotive and industrial. Below position is open urgently.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Kallang Way
Working Hours: 12 hours Rotating shift
Responsibilities
Monitor and record daily operating parameters of facility systems.
Verify system performance against control limits and report abnormalities to the engineering team.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities with proper documentation.
Respond promptly to facility-related issues and restore systems to normal operation.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
Troubleshoot facility systems during emergencies to minimize production downtime.
Supervise contractors to ensure maintenance work complies with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Maintain facility equipment and ensure housekeeping standards are met.
Support work order management and maintenance scheduling.
Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate daily maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors.
Follow escalation procedures and support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Requirements
Higher NITEC / NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
Experience in facilities maintenance, building services or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical facility systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
