Job Summary

Provide expert civil engineering support to drive effective site planning, operations, and coordination, ensuring successful project delivery through technical leadership .

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil engineering expertise to plan and coordinate site operations, optimizing project execution
• Conduct site surveys and develop civil engineering designs to meet project specifications and requirements
• Monitor site progress and generate detailed reports to track milestones and identify issues proactively
• Lead project meetings with consultants to address technical and design challenges, ensuring alignment and timely resolution
• Diagnose and resolve site-related problems to maintain workflow continuity and safety standards
• Coordinate activities between consultants and subcontractors to streamline communication and project delivery
• Manage on-site technical and administrative matters to support efficient operations and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience
