  • Design solutions both conceptual and visual that solve client problems that are easily applied across campaigns and projects briefed to you and your team
  • Oversee the creation and production of design solutions for our clients
  • Collaborate with other creatives and production partners to execute the visual portion of a campaign
  • Actively offer up design-based solutions to your working team to help ensure a strong design narrative and standard for all projects you are assigned to
  • Support creative presentations for concepts and executions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Remain current on industry, cultural, and technology trends, and look for opportunities to proactively incorporate them into your team’s creative concepts
  • To bounce ideas with your working team and have those ideas visually prepared for sharing at internals, and presentations.
  • Use all up-to-date tools and software including AI to create and make the design of yours and your teams idea, easy.
  • Design all visuals and mock-ups with high-degree of craft and intention.
  • Ensure that everything you create is of high aesthetic value.
  • Ensure originality in your design craft where possible.
  • To visually reference and create mood boards and other visual aids to help tell your visual story in a compelling manner.
  • To create multiple visual versions, mock-ups, storyboards and decks as required by the brief and / or your project team.
  • Create and prepare Final Artwork (FA) across different mediums, and media formats to an exacting-level to be detailed by your department/studio head.
  • To organise, arrange and store your artwork files in an organised manner.
