Location: Novena
Duration: 6 months contract
Salary: $12/hr

Working days and hours:
- 5 days (Mon-Fri)
- Office hours

Job Description:
- Perform frontline operations that include (but not limited to) registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties.
- Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
- Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
- Support doctors in language translation when needed.
- Proper maintenance of patients’ records and keeping count of drug inventory.
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
- Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
- Responsible for daily operations matters and it includes collating & compiling patient management indicators.
- Support in the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).
- Assist in coverage of other facilities when required due to lack of manpower.
