- Planning and organizing work schedules and supervising tile install
- Ensuring all tiling work meets industry standards and specifications.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of tiling materials and equipment.
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed by the team.
- Coordinating with project managers, architects, and clients to meet all specifications and requirements.
- Providing training and guidance to tile installers.
- Conducting quality control checks on all completed tiling work.
- Preparing reports on job progress and completion.
