Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated BIM Engineer to join our Digital Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM outputs, supporting engineering and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with project BIM Execution Plans and company standards. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate and timely BIM models, drawings, and coordination outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BIM models and construction drawings.
  • Generate clash detection reports and coordinate model reviews.
  • Create shop drawings, Combined Services Drawings (CSD), and Installation Shop Drawings (ISD).
  • Analyze sketches, mark-ups, and design information to produce BIM deliverables.
  • Perform model coordination and construction simulations using BIM tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, consultants, clients, and vendors.
  • Prepare technical and graphical presentations for tender submissions and project requirements.
  • Review drawings and BIM outputs for compliance with project and company standards.
  • Resolve BIM-related technical issues and incorporate stakeholder feedback into models.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with drafting and BIM modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of civil structures and design concepts.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
  • Experience in BIM coordination, clash analysis, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience producing construction shop drawings from BIM models.
  • Knowledge of construction workflows and digital engineering practices.
  • Passion for technology and innovation in the construction industry.
  • Ability to develop learning materials and support project teams.
