Role Description The Advertising Sales Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This position supports the sales and account management team in identifying prospective clients, preparing proposals, and assisting with campaign pitches. Daily tasks include conducting market and client research, helping maintain client communication, updating sales trackers, and supporting follow-ups to move opportunities through the pipeline. The intern will assist in coordinating with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are clearly documented and delivered. This role offers exposure to property branding, digital campaign planning, and client relationship development in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Foundational Sales skills with an interest in lead generation, prospecting, and supporting proposal development.
• Basic Account Management skills, such as organizing client information, tracking activities, and supporting ongoing relationships.
• Understanding of Marketing concepts and digital marketing practices relevant to advertising and property branding.
• Interest in Business Development activities, including researching new markets and identifying potential partners or clients.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn from feedback in a collaborative team setting.
