Job Title: Project Manager – CSA (Data Center)

About the Role

We are seeking a heavy-hitting Senior Project Manager (CSA Specialist) to lead the end-to-end physical delivery of massive, hyperscale data center projects. Partnering with a prominent global constrction leader expanding its mission-critical footprint across Southeast Asia, this position takes full ownership of complex structural steel, heavy foundations, and shell/core execution.

Location Flexibility: While the initial target anchor is Malaysia, the leadership team is highly flexible. The primary project ownership can be aligned across Malaysia, Singapore, or Indonesia based on the leader's preference and strategic impact.

Key Focus Areas:

• End-to-End CSA Delivery: Direct large-scale structural construction from pre-construction/piling through building envelope completion and final handover.

• Tier-1 Commercial Governance: Manage large-value main contracts, budget variations, cash flows, and risk mitigation registers.

• Technical Standards: Ensure strict structural alignment with international guidelines (Uptime Institute Tiers, TIA-942).

• Team Leadership: Mentor multidisciplinary site teams, engineering leads, and subcontractors to drive fast-track timelines safely.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of dedicated experience explicitly managing Data Center.

• 18–20 years of total construction experience, heavily focused on the Main Contractor / EPC Builder side.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management (Mandatory).

• High mobility and regional collaboration mindset across the SG-MY-ID corridor.
