Panasonic Hiring! Full Time IT PLANNING - INFRA SUPPORT - ASSISTANT MANAGER in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure and security systems, ensures stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions.

Lead and manage IT projects and service deliveries. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Oversee the development and maintenance of end-user computing systems including hardware, software and services

Lead and manage IT vendors to support and maintain IT infrastructure which include servers, storage, firewall, networking, security, etc.

Identify and assess vulnerabilities and risks in infrastructure and recommend mitigation measures.

Responsible to develop and implement IT policies and procedures for infrastructure and security management. Ensure company data is well secured and protected and adhered with Global ISM standard procedure

Ensure proper control of IT inventory and software licensing to maintain compliance and support future needs.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.00

At least 5 to 7 years of working experience in planning and promoting IT activities and Information Security Management activities in the company.

Experience in IT or Information Security auditing will be an added advantage.

Manufacturing business process knowledge (Bill of Material, Production Scheduling, MRP, Inventory Management, etc) will be an added advantage.

Proactive personality with initiative to learn and implement new IT solutions.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
