Job Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

- Handle attendance, leave management, overtime calculations, and payroll-related matters.

- Ensure timely submission and compliance of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

- Manage foreign worker matters, including work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and documentation.

- Monitor and coordinate foreign worker levy payments and ensure compliance with government regulations.

- Liaise with government agencies, immigration authorities, and appointed agents on foreign worker-related matters.

- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.

- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.

- Coordinate employee training and development programs.

- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of HR and payroll experience.

- Knowledge of payroll processing and Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

- Experience in handling foreign worker administration, work permits, and levy management is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with the Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.

- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
