As part of ASIA Finance team, the AR Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the financial operations runs smoothly.  

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate posting for sales recognition and cash application

• Handle bank draft-related postings promptly

• Issue and monitor VAT invoices

• Perform monthly sales VAT reconciliation

• Prepare regular AR reports

• Manage Fapiao in compliance with tax regulations

• Verify VAT entries

• Monitor and manage AR overdue accounts

• Reconcile AR-related sub-ledgers

• Prepare PBC lists for AR sub-ledger as per audit requests

• Support AR-related projects as needed

• Carry out other financial responsibilities assigned by Supervisors

• Regularly reconcile AR statements with suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with China stakeholders

• Good understanding and work experience in billing and cash application preferred

• High accuracy and attention to detail

• QAD experience preferred

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
