About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing & Customer Service Executive to join our team at GPI Technology Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Selangor. This full-time role is responsible for managing the purchasing and customer service functions. You will also oversee the warehouse daily operations.

What you'll be doing

• Procuring and managing inventory of raw materials, components and finished goods to meet production and sales demands

• Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

• Processing and following up on customer orders and deliveries

• Prepare invoice, DO and related documents and arrange delivery

• Oversee warehouse operation such as receiving, stock take etc.

What we're looking for

• Preferable minimum 2 year's experience in a purchasing or customer service role

• Fresh graduate are welcome as well

• Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications

• Proficient to communicate in English
