• Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to collect and verify real-time production data, including machine cycle times, output counts, and rejection rates.

• Execute daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

• Supervise, train, and manage shift rotations of operators.

• Ensure all products meet ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

• Use collected site data to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean or Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste.

• Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize machine downtime based on real-time performance data.

• Maintain accurate daily production logs and report variances in yield or efficiency to management.

• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

• Willingness to work shift rotations and be physically present on the production floor for extended periods.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or Science with 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation; proficiency in Excel/ERP.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
