• Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

• Handle membership inquiries, tours, and new member onboarding

• Manage check-ins, bookings, and class schedules

• Address member concerns promptly and escalate when necessary

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area

• Process membership registrations, renewals, freezes, and cancellations

• Track membership data and maintain accurate records

• Support promotional campaigns and upsell personal training packages

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and trial memberships

• Manage daily cash handling and POS transactions

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on memberships, attendance, and revenue

• Coordinate staff schedules and assist in internal communication

• Monitor inventory of office supplies and gym merchandise

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards

• Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and functionality

• Coordinate maintenance issues with vendors or management

• Support event coordination and special programs

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or fitness industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and membership management software

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
