Program Overview

• Through three one-year rotations, OPDP participants gain real-world experience, expand their business, technical knowledge and accelerate their professional growth.

• Rotations may include assignments in Engineering, Plant Quality, Supply Chain and Materials Management, Operational Excellence, and other operations-related functions.

• The final-year rotation is an international assignment, providing participants with valuable global exposure and cross-cultural experience.

Rotation Guidelines

• Each rotation begins in July and last one year.

• Every rotation is completed with a different Assignment Manager and no assignment is repeated.

• Participants joining in July 2027 will complete the program in June 2030, with the final year dedicated to an international rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ master’s in engineering or related disciplines (graduates from 2025 to 2027 only).

• Interested in pursuing a career in Operations, including Engineering, Production, Plant Quality, or Supply Chain.

• Strong academic achievements and involvement in extracurricular activities.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on diverse projects and assignments.

• Operations-related internship experience is an advantage.
