1. Manage and update product listings on online platform (descriptions, prices, stock levels, images).

2. Monitor and ensure accurate inventory levels to avoid overselling/stock-outs.

Upload promotions, bundles, and vouchers according to campaign schedules.

3. Ensure store pages are attractive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand ************* sales.

4. Monitor incoming orders, ensure timely order processing, and arrange shipment with logistics partners.

5.Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns/refunds according to company policy.

6. Assist in organising and executing trade shows, roadshows, and product launches.

7. Collaborate with business partners, resellers, and distributors for joint promotions or campaigns.

8. Support sales teams in customer visits, presentations, and product demos.

9. Coordinate campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok to drive traffic to online stores.
