K3 Capital Group Hiring! Full Time Business Analyst in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Website Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements, web performance, and digital delivery within the SEO & Performance function at K3 Advisory Group.

You will document requirements, manage the web development backlog, analyse site performance data, and translate commercial priorities into clear technical briefs.

Working across the Technical SEO Manager, CRO, UX, and development teams, you will ensure the web roadmap is prioritised effectively and delivery is aligned to revenue and growth objectives.

This role is aligned to our Kuala Lumpur office on a hybrid workstyle.

COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES

• Domain authority, page ranking, site health & CVR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Management

• Development release schedule & QA delivery.

• Site performance & uptime, SEO/CRO roadmap delivery.

Functional Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering to prioritisation frameworks for web development from CRO, SEO and performance.

• Business requirements documentation, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, website roadmaps, process maps, workflow documentation.

• Website product ownership - backlog management, sprint planning, prioritisation, stakeholder management, release validation.

• Testing, UAT and QA - UAT planning, test-case creation, release validation, stakeholder sign-off, defect management via test scripts, UAT reports and approval gathering.

• Governance - process documentation, business rules, data dictionaries, requirement libraries and governance frameworks.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Technical SEO, CRO and Performance KPIs.

• Quality & speed - QA playbooks met & frameworks delivered against, bi-weekly release schedule.

• Site speed, uptime, error handling and overall site health / ranking.
