ATNESIS Hiring! Full Time Production Officer in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute production loading according to priority set by planner.

• Coordinate with Production Planner to analyze demand forecasts and schedule machine and manpower allocation to meet monthly production targets.

• Monitor production workflows and deviations using process control systems.

• Monitor and advise for solution for any issue related to material transaction and also storage.

• To drive MO closing on time and recovery plan for machine down or quality issue affecting actual plan.

• To pull monthly, weekly and daily data in operation scanning in ERP system to ensure data accuracy.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action together with process and Engineering team during quality issue.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with two years related experience.

• Competent in using Microsoft Excel, Word., and System Enterprise Resources Planning ( ERP )

• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field preferably in manufacturing industry.

• Possess good interpersonal and supervisory skills.

• Able to work independently and result oriented.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 will be advantage.
