Job Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the manpower requirements for direct employees and develop proactive
   solutions to mitigate manpower risks.

2. Coordinate workshop personnel scheduling to ensure the completion of production
   tasks.

3. Report various anomalies encountered during the production process and
   coordinate relevant resources to resolve issues.

4. Assist in the formulation of process plans.

5. Monitor the execution of weekly production plans.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or higher in relevant fields.

2. Over 3 years of experience in production management of automotive electronic
   controllers.

3. Educational background in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Business
   Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields.

4. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as SMT, assembly, production
   equipment, information systems, and lean production.

5. Proficiency in using office software and manufacturing management systems like
   MES and SAP.
