Job Summary

As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities for our myNEWS store operations. Your role includes sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, attending career fairs, and building connections with colleges and universities to attract new talent.

Job Description:

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to understand candidates' skills and suitability.
• Keep candidates updated on their application status throughout the hiring process.
• Attend job fairs, career events, and recruitment activities to promote our job opportunities.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and vocational institutions for campus recruitment.
• Help promote our employer brand and attract the right talent.
• Maintain recruitment records and update candidate information in the system.
• Prepare simple recruitment reports and hiring updates.
• Support recruitment projects and perform other tasks assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience are also welcome.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, confident, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel occasionally for job fairs, career events, or campus recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
