We are seeking a passionate and motivated Project Engineer to join our Radio Communication team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering telecommunication infrastructure projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Plan, design, and execute radio communication and telecommunication infrastructure projects.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including project planning, contract administration, implementation, installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and project risks.

• Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and progress updates.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project implementation.

• Participate in site visits and commissioning activities, including offshore projects when required.

• Degree or Diploma in:

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Electronic Engineering

  • Telecommunication Engineering

  • Computer Science

  • or other related disciplines.

• Candidates without tertiary qualifications but with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in project management or project implementation within the telecommunications industry, preferably in RF radio communication.

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in telecommunications are welcome to apply.

• Experience in offshore oil & gas communication projects will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of RF radio communication systems and telecommunication infrastructure.

• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with our diverse client base in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
