Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Receive and log maintenance requests accurately.
• Coordinate and assign maintenance jobs to the technical team.
• Follow up on work progress and keep customers updated.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain service records.
• Escalate urgent issues to the relevant department.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
