Key Responsibility:

• Assist to obtain financing to meet the Group’s funding requirements, including but not limited to preparation of term sheets, financing proposal decks, as well as projected cashflows.

• Ensure loan compliance checklists are updated and properly adhered to, including monitoring and managing bank covenant compliance and annual credit reviews by banks. 

• Maintain and keep track of loan schedules and process loan interest/repayment/drawdown.

• Works closely and maintain good relationships with financiers, lawyers, valuers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects relevant to the role.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related field.

• Strong analytical skill with attention to detail.

• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Experience in the financial services sector with knowledge in the property development and construction sectors will be an added advantage.
