Job responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end AV installation projects, including LED displays, stage lighting, control systems, fixtures installations, metal structure installation.
• Coordinate site preparation, material delivery, manpower allocation, and technical setup in line with project schedules.
• Work closely with internal technical teams, freelance crew, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and pre-installation planning to evaluate layout, power requirements, and installation logistics.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, event timelines, and budget constraints.
• Oversee general contracting aspects of the project, including rigging, cable management, temporary or permanent structures, and post-event dismantling.
• Enforce compliance with occupational safety and site-specific regulations.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including project documentation and change management.
• Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues on-site and implement corrective actions efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Job requirement

• Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience in the AV industry, event installations, fixtures industry, or event setups.
• Strong understanding of audio, video, LED display, lighting, and control system technologies.
• Familiar with on-site rigging, basic structural works, and general fit-out practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and project planning tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project, or similar).
• Comfortable with hands-on problem-solving and working in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
• Diploma or Degree in Audio Visual Technology, Event/Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Chargeman A4 Certification is added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CAD or SketchUp is a plus.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
