Key ResponsibilitiesLivestream Selling

• Host TikTok and other livestream sessions for 10–14 hours per week.
• Educate customers about skincare products and answer questions during live sessions.
• Achieve livestream sales and engagement targets.
• Assist in planning livestream campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Content Creation

• Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Participate in content planning, scripting, filming, and basic editing.
• Keep up with current social media trends and transform them into content ideas.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Social Media Growth

• Help grow Hollaface's social media presence across TikTok and Instagram.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and participating in trends.

KOL & Affiliate Management

• Identify and recruit suitable KOLs, creators, and affiliates.
• Build and maintain relationships with content creators and affiliates.
• Coordinate product seeding, campaign execution, and content delivery.
• Track campaign performance and prepare simple performance reports.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to execute campaigns.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
