• Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, verify physical counts against Bills of Lading (BOL) and packing slips, and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Data Entry & Inventory Logging: Input received inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) immediately upon verification to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
• Put-away Coordination: Stage and transport verified inventory to designated storage locations or cross-docking zones using material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Discrepancy Reporting: Document and escalate inventory variances, damaged goods, or shipment delays to the Inbound Supervisor within the shift.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized receiving dock and adhere strictly to OSHA and internal safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse operations, specifically receiving or inventory control.
• System Proficiency: Proficiency with WMS or POS system.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts.
• Data Analysis: Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) for inventory reporting.
