Location: Kuala Lumpur (On-site + Field)

Salary: MYR 4,000 – MYR 5,000/month (depending on experience)

We are looking for a hands-on Event Manager to plan and execute successful events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage clients, vendors, and on-ground operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of corporate events, launches, activations, roadshows, award nights, and other brand events.
• Prepare event timelines, run sheets, floor plans, and production schedules.
• Coordinate vendors including AV, staging, catering, décor, photography, and printing.
• Manage event budgets, costing, and post-event reconciliation.
• Work with creative teams on event branding and concepts.
• Coordinate speakers, emcees, talents, and event crew.
• Lead on-site event operations and resolve issues during events.
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of event management experience (agency/in-house preferred).
• Good project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
