What you'll be doing:

· Key Accountabilities:

· To organize & dedicate daily manpower jobs & activities.

· To plan & execute daily tooling preventive maintenance activities.

· To communicate & monitor mould breakdown repair.

· To communicate & monitor mould breakdown repair.

· To communicate with others department for quality issue due to mould issue.

· To monitor & update all document at monitoring board.

· To monitor & update all ISO document related to Tooling.

· To prepare weekly & monthly Tooling report.

· To study and data analysis for mould improvement.

· To organize and lead tooling member for 5s activities practice.

· To monitor tooling spare part & update stock accordingly.

• What we're looking for:
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Technology/ Manufacturing/ Automotive or any related field.
• Professional Experience:
• 2- 3 years’ experience in tooling & maintenance.
• Mould and die fabrication or maintenance knowledge is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
