Aftersales Operations

• Oversee daily operations of service workshop and parts department.
• Ensure productivity, efficiency, and service turnaround targets are achieved.
• Maintain service quality in line with company and principal standards.
• Monitor warranty processes and compliance requirements.

CRM & Customer Retention

• Manage and optimize CRM system, ensuring accurate and updated customer data.
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies (service reminders, follow-ups, loyalty programs).
• Analyze customer data, service history, and behavior to drive repeat visits.
• Oversee outbound calls, appointment bookings, and follow-up activities.
• Improve customer lifecycle management from first service to long-term retention.

Customer Experience

• Monitor and improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
• Handle escalated complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Implement initiatives to enhance overall customer journey and experience.

Financial & KPI Management

• Drive aftersales revenue (labour sales, parts sales, upselling).
• Monitor KPIs such as:
• Workshop productivity & efficiency
• Customer retention rate
• Service conversion rate
• Average repair order (ARO)
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue per customer.

Team Leadership

• Lead service advisors, CRM team, technicians, and support staff.
• Train team on customer engagement, upselling, and service excellence.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and principal requirements.
• Prepare operational and CRM performance reports for management.
• Liaise with principals on CRM programs and aftersales standards.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
