My US Pizza Hiring! Full Time Accounts Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation.
• Responsible for handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, tax filling, tax queries, tax audit and tax payment.
• Responsible for preparation of audited financial statements, notes to accounts, audit schedules and attend to auditors’ queries.
• Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and SOP.
• Perform financial analysis and review annual budgets and perform analysis in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s internal control policies and procedures, establish and improve processes for efficiency.
• Perform data entry, filling and other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma/ Degree/ Professional Certificate in Accounting or of relevant disciplines.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently in groups.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by MRT Semantan).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
