Full Time Sales Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 8,000 in Global - I Exceed Management Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Remuneration payout range = RM3,500.00 and above

Ø You shall prepare an action plan stating your Sales and Marketing plan to achieve your team target. Your action plan should include short term & long-term strategies.

Ø You are to recruit and maintain sales staff as determined by the Management.

Ø You shall be responsible to ensure your team members adhere to all compliance related matters as specified by the company and client.

Ø Primary focus of your role is to build, coach, develop, lead & motivate a team that is capable of analysing clients’ needs and recommending financial solutions.

Ø Provide sales and service leadership within the branch & develop a team

Ø Responsible for professional development needs of yourself & subordinates including setting performance standards, monitoring results, providing training & coaching

Ø Provide training on all compliance, product knowledge, organize sales activities in order to achieve your targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
