Job Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss-type auto-lathe machines with sub-spindle and power tools
- Perform programming (G-code / CAM) and optimize machining processes
- Carry out tool setting, offset adjustment, and troubleshooting
- Produce high-precision complex turned parts
- Ensure product quality meets specifications and standards
- Conduct machine maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with production and engineering teams
Handle machine experience of following type
- CITIZEN (Cincom )
- STAR
- TSUGAMI
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in CNC Swiss-type machining
- Strong knowledge of programming and tool setting
- Experience with multi-axis and complex parts machining
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
