Job Description :

- Support the Physiotherapy Manager in daily departmental operations and service delivery.

- Assess patients' physical, communication, and cognitive skills to determine functional limitations.

- Conduct diagnostic examinations to evaluate Muscle strength, Nerve function, Joint mobility and Overall functional abilities

- Develop, implement, and review individualised physiotherapy intervention plans tailored to geriatric patients.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.

- Supervise and guide junior physiotherapists, interns, and physiotherapy assistants.

- Assist in departmental resource planning, procurement, and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment

- Support staff development through in-service training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

- Provide direct physiotherapy treatment for age-related conditions

- Promote a patient-centred, empathetic approach to care that enhances dignity and recovery in elderly patients.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (required)

Registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association or relevant authority

Minimum 4–6 years of clinical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Physically capable of performing patient handling and extended periods of activity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
