1. Handle end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, quotation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.

2. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.

3. Maintain approved vendor list and build strong supplier relationships.

4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office) to forecast purchasing needs.

5. Ensure all purchases comply with hotel policies, budget limits, and procurement procedures.

6. Compare prices, negotiate contracts, and ensure best value for the hotel.

7. Track and ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply or quality issues.

8. Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.

9. Work closely with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.

10. Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for savings.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
