JOB SUMMARY

To provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers, handling enquiries and feedback, managing lost and found services, and ensuring smooth daily customer service operations while maintaining company service standards and operational procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist passengers with enquiries, feedback, and complaints through walk-in, telephone, and email channels.
• Provide accurate information on bus schedules, terminal facilities, and services.
• Handle lost and found cases in accordance with company procedures.
• Answer hotline calls professionally and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
• Issue visitor and contractor passes following established procedures.
• Monitor terminal facilities and report faults or defects to the relevant department.
• Assist in emergency situations and provide basic assistance when required.
• Prepare and maintain basic customer service records and reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service while complying with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Able to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, transportation, or a related field is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
