Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting objectives to develop a profitable marketing strategy for the company.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including search engine, social media and email marketing.
• Design and implement marketing strategy tallied with business directions.
• Generate innovative ideas to enhanced brand awareness.
• Develop a matrix and comparison among the competitors to support product positioning and advisory decision.
• Review all marketing activities regularly to increase product awareness and increase sales.
• Ensure effectiveness on utilization and allocation of campaign funds
• Plan and organize both online and onsite marketing events, seminars, webinars, roadshows and marketing/ brand awareness activities
• Coordinate and to work with online marketing content creator for developing engaging written, graphic, video and others for social media and publication

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma.
• Min 2 years sales and service experience in marketing position.
• Possess strong interest in financial planning, investment and lending.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open-minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same as it is a start-up company.
• Willing to be based in Damansara Perdana.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
