Job Scope

• Receive and process customer enquiries, RFQs, Purchase Orders (PO), and Sales Orders (SO).
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, packing lists, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and delivery performance, and provide regular updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and sales data in the ERP system.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare sales reports, outstanding order reports, and quotation follow-up reports.
• Coordinate export and shipping documentation with freight forwarders when required.
• Assist in resolving order-related issues and customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Ensure proper document control and compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
